Helyum's Oceans

Just outside the city proper is a sprawling ocean. The water is freezing cold, but is home to many aqualins, as well as various sea creatures and fish. There's ready access from the sectors bordering the ocean to communicate with Helyum's aquatic lifeforms, and for them to conduct trade with the land-dwelling species.
